Special Requirements:

External Ground Plane (complete coverage, one side, no signal traces)
Some boards have external ground planes with no signals routed on it. This is 100% coverage.

External Shielding (selective coverage of one or both sides):
Shielding is distinct from an external ground plane in that it will not completely cover the
board surface, as noted above, and will have signal traces embedded within the shielding.
