If your board is multilayer, please complete the following: Internal Finished Copper Weight: Please Select 1/2 oz. 1 oz. 2 oz. Other If Other, please specify: oz.
This is required for all boards: External Finished Copper Weight: 1/2 oz. 1 oz. 2 oz. Other If Other, please specify: oz.
Plating Finish: Standard finish is "Tin/Lead Reflow". Select this unless you know you need a different finish.
Tin/Lead Reflow SMOBC Tin Plate Bare Copper Nickel Gold Plated Circuitry: Bondable Gold: Selective Whole Board, Gold Thickness: Gold Flash: Selective Whole Board We know this is not a quick and easy step, but very necessary given the cost of gold. The more accurate you are, the more accurate your quote: Total Sq. Inches of Gold: Gold Plated Connectors: Card Edge Connector, Both Sides Gold Thickness: We know this is not a quick and easy step, but very necessary given the cost of gold. The more accurate you are, the more accurate your quote: Total Sq. Inches of Gold: Please note that if your board requires gold plating, our quote may be adjusted at the actual time of fabrication due to the volatility of the gold market.

Drilling Information:
This generally refers to a hole that has a solder pad on both sides of the board. Without "plating-thru" you would have to solder a component's lead on both sides of the board: Number of Plated-Thru Holes:
This refers to those holes that do not require "plating-thru", for example mounting holes. However, this creates an extra step in the fabrication process, increasing cost. If you can "make do" with "plating-thru", that is preferred due to cost: Number of Non Plated-Thru Holes: This tells us how many different drill sizes may be used, which affects how many boards can be stacked for drilling and even how often drills may need to be replaced due to wear, factors in quoting your board: Number of Different Hole Sizes: This tells us the smallest drilled hole size on your board: Smallest Drilled Hole Size: This tells us the largest drilled hole size on your board: Largest Drilled Hole Size: This refers to anything internal to your board that is not a simple drilled hole: Number of Slots / Cutouts: A blind via is one that, in a multilayer design, begins on one of the outer layers and ends on an inner layer, thus it does not go thru the board from one side to the other: Blind Vias: Qty.: A buried via is one that, in a multilayer design, is totally on any or all of the inner layers, and cannot be seen on either of the outer layers: Buried Vias: Qty.:

Solder Mask:
Component Side Solder Side If your board does not have surface mount components, or you want solder mask on the solder side only, you should select: Use same image both sides If your board has surface mount components and you want a solder mask on both sides of the board, this is what you should select: Unique image each side Type: Liquid Photoimageable Dry Film UV Screened (please note the standard is pre-selected for you)

This is the "legend" that assists you in assembly and troubleshooting. Select which side, or both sides, you want and the color of the silkscreen for each:
Component Side - Color: White Yellow Red Blue Black Solder Side - Color: White Yellow Red Blue Black
Circuitry Information:
We need to know the minimum width of your smallest copper circuit trace and the space allowed from it to the nearest copper trace or feature:

Supplied Fabrication Materials:
Leave this checked if we are to do the layout design of your board, then go to our QUICK QUOTE form to request a quote for layout design: Layout Design to be done by Circuit Applied Technology (Please go to Quick Quote for a design quotation after submitting fab quote!) Check the following if your board is already designed and you will be supplying the documentation necessary to fabricate the board: Customer Supplied Materials: Master Artwork: Check the following if you will be supplying us with film positives of your board: Film Positives; Qty. Check the following if you will be supplying us with film negatives of your board: Film Negatives; Qty. Check the following if you will be supplying us with Gerber files of your board: Gerber (274-X format preferred) The drill listing is generated by your CAD software and is a listing of all drilled holes on the board grouped by drill size. If you do not have an Excellon drill listing, one will have to be created, which will increase your cost. Excellon Drill Listing: None ASCII Computer File Printed Listing The tool list is generally created when an Excellon drill list is created with your CAD software. It tells us what drill size occupies a particular tool position during the drilling phase: Tool List: None ASCII Computer File Printed Listing The Mechanical Drawing will provide the physical shape and dimensions of the board along with visual drill info and any fabrication requirements. This should also show the relationship of the circuit image to the board outline, that is you should provide a dimension in both X and Y axis from a drilled hole (this will be the "drill origin" used to generate the drill list) to the board outline. Mechanical Drawing: Please select Plotted HPGL File Gerber File
